Go to My Orders in your IdentityInterio account to track your order.

My item has already reached the distribution center, what happens next?

Once your order has reached the DC, you will receive a call prior from our delivery team to schedule your delivery.

What should I do if I missed the delivery of my order today?

In case you missed the delivery, the logistic partner will try to deliver the product on the next business day and you will receive a call prior from our delivery team to schedule your delivery.

What should I do if the delivery of my order is delayed?

We try our best to deliver your order on time. In the rare case, it happens that the order has been delayed. For that, our support team will be in touch with you through emails or tickets. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you and you can also track its status by visiting My Orders .

What is the estimated delivery time?

The delivery time differs from product to product which is based on the in-stock availability or made-to-order and your delivery location. Moreover, please refer to the product details tab on individual product pages for estimated delivery timelines.

How do I check the current status of my product?

To check the current status of your product, login to the WoodenStreet Account and go to My Orders to see the current delivery status of your products.

How can I change my delivery address?

Raise a ticket for that order and easily change your delivery address with the help of our support team.Within 24 hours of placing of order.

Why does the promised Delivery date vary from one item to the other?

The key reasons for delivery variation are : Non- availability of items in stock and Products from different vendors. In the case of products from different vendors, the promised delivery date vary from one item to the other.

As, one seller will dispatch it by today and another may dispatch after two days, as per the availability. So, this way the promised Delivery date vary from one item to the other.

What are the reasons behind late delivery or missed expected delivery date?

Unlike other market places, identityInterio does in house manufacturing with a stringent quality check process. So, in the entire process, some delay may happen at various stages of production and supply chain. We are trying our best to minimise all the possible reasons for delay.

Can IdentityInterio give me free home delivery for my order?

At present no, But IdentityInterio will do our best to give free home delivery in all the major cities across India. 

Will my product deliver in apartments?

Yes, we do deliver products in apartments. But, in absence of a service lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment. Extra charges applicable per floor on delivery to the customer’s doorstep (on request) in such cases. Also in cases where extra manpower and equipments are required to take goods to the customers floor, extra charges may be applicable.

Can I take my delivery later than the date specified?

Before our product will get dispatched from local DC, our delivery executive will call you to schedule your delivery. In case you want delivery later than the date specified, you can request the delivery executive to reschedule the delivery of your order.

Can I get all my products in one single delivery?
  • For this, you need to check the vendor associated with the product. If the product is of IdentityInterio, you can request for the same as one delivery and invariably it will be shipped as one delivery until and unless the items are in separate warehouses.

    On the other hand, if the products are from different vendors, you can’t get all the products in one single delivery. As, one seller will dispatch it by today and another may dispatch after two days, as per his availability. So, you'll be receiving both packages at different dates.

Can my security guard or neighbor receive my shipment if I am not available?

As part of our company policy, we do not share the contact numbers of our delivery agents. However, please be assured that our representatives will contact you if they face any difficulty in locating your address.

What can I do if my product is damaged?

First off all, apologies if that happens. If you notice that you are facing issues with your furniture, please feel free to raise a ticket.

At IdentityInterio, you can shop with any of the following options:

We never requests customers to share any of your personal details over email or phone.

The warranty we offer differs from product to product, based on the materials used.
